Walk into almost any growth-stage company and you'll find the same thing: the most important workflows — MRR close, pipeline review, commission runs, variance reporting — are run in a tangle of Google Sheets, scripts, and Slack threads sitting on top of Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and whatever else is in the tech stack.
